No outline required from your side and you do not need to have it figured out before we start. Finding the shape of the book is part of my job, not something you need to bring with you.

From there, I write.

Chapter by chapter, in your voice, not a smoothed-over version of it. You’ll see the work as it takes shape and weigh in along the way, but the writing itself is mine to carry, so you’re not stuck staring at a blank document at midnight.

Most projects run somewhere between three and six months, start to finished manuscript, depending on how much material you’re starting with and how much time we have for our conversations. It’s not a race to finish. Your book is built properly.

You’ll walk away with a finished, polished manuscript that’s genuinely, recognisably yours. It’s then ready for whatever comes next, whether that’s publishing it yourself or bringing in someone who specialises in that side of things.
